We decided to start our lunch at 12:45 so that we could start the talk at 14:00. This element worked well.
Unfortunately however our speaker, David Childs, did not get to the lunch as he had a diary malfunction, so we elected to have a leisurely lunch and a chatter. This worked really well for a change.
David sent us a lovely email apologising and we hope to be able to hear his talk on the Mary Rose in 2025.
